By using the Apartmanly - Apartments portal (hereinafter: Portal), the user accepts these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Portal.

The Portal is currently in a testing/beta phase. Features may be subject to change and technical errors. Use of the Portal is at your own risk.

The Portal is an informational and technical online platform that enables browsing of accommodations and sending requests to owners.

The Portal does not provide travel agency services, does not confirm bookings, does not participate in payments, and is not a party to any agreements between users and accommodation owners. All arrangements, including prices, cancellation policies, and payment methods, are made exclusively between the user and the owner. The Portal is not a contracting party and bears no financial or legal liability.

2. Property Advertising

Owners can publish accommodations via a user account.

The Portal may remove inaccurate or inappropriate content.

The Portal may charge for marketing services according to the applicable price list.

  • The owner is responsible for data accuracy.
  • Images must reflect the actual condition.
  • The owner manages prices and availability.
  • Listings may be removed at the owner's request.

3. Booking Requests & Calendar

The Portal enables sending requests and displaying a calendar.

The Portal does not charge commission.

A request does not constitute a confirmed booking.

The Portal does not confirm bookings or participate in payments.

The Portal does not manage the booking process.

The availability calendar displays approximate information on free and occupied dates based on data entered by the accommodation owner and may be inaccurate or outdated.

Agreements are made exclusively between the user and the owner.

4. Liability

The Portal does not guarantee the accuracy of information.

The Portal is not responsible for the quality of accommodations.

The Portal is not liable for cancellations, damages, or disputes.

5. Privacy & Data Processing

Data is processed in accordance with GDPR.

Data is used for contacting the owner.
